European stocks end slightly higher after a calm session

European markets ended Tuesday on a slight rise in a calm context, scrutinizing the new confinements in China with restraint and awaiting news from central banks on rates.

The Paris Stock Exchange rose by 0.35%, Frankfurt took 0.29%, London 1.03% and Milan 0.96%. Wall Street advanced for its part by 0.78% for the Dow Jones and 0.32% for the Nasdaq, around 4:45 p.m. GMT.
