The president of the National Rally group at the National Assembly, Marine Le Pen, was the guest on Wednesday of La Grande interview Europe 1/CNews. At the microphone of Laurence Ferrari, the former candidate for the presidential election calls on voters to inflict on Emmanuel Macron “the worst possible defeat” during the election on June 9.
The European election campaign is in full swing. This Tuesday evening, eight candidates debated for the first time on television. That debt is wonderful, that taxes are wonderful, that insecurity does not exist , that immigration is regulated. Stop! We must bring it back to the reality of what our children are experiencing,” continues the former presidential candidate.
Marine Le Pen calls for the dissolution of the National Assembly
Currently, the Renaissance list of Valérie Hayer is credited with 16 to 18% of the votes according to the polls and is closely followed by the list of Raphaël Glucksmann (Place publique). “Abstention is our worst enemy, no one must abstain,” calls Marine Le Pen, faced with the loss of speed of the Renaissance list.
“If Emmanuel Macron gets involved in the European campaign, then he must take into account the results of the European elections and if he loses, he must dissolve the National Assembly because that is the French Constitution”, she continues, estimating that the election on June 9 will mark the differences between what the voters want and the policies of the President of the Republic.
