Produced by a firm with national and international influence, this second expert report was also established using a multi-criteria approach based in particular on the Company’s activity plan for the next 6 years. The difference in estimate noted (€2.4M) depends in particular on the hypotheses retained according to the weighting of the risk in free arbitrage by each of the expertise firms.
