Thus, the sites of Inertam (asbestos waste treatment plant) and Satma Industries (manufacturer of anodes from aluminum foil for electrolytic capacitors), whose activities are highly dependent on gas and electricity, see their industrial production temporarily suspended, with a target of recovery on April 1, 2023, at the end of the winter period.
Although it was decided at the end of Inertam’s scheduled maintenance period not to restart the production line, the logistics and sales departments continue their activity in order to maintain the reception of asbestos waste.
In fact, given the increase in production rates observed over the last campaigns thanks to the optimization work carried out on the treatment line, Inertam will remain able to guarantee the regulatory treatment times and provide the same level of services to of its customers.
