Europlasma, specialist in treatment and hazardous waste, material recovery and decarbonization, announces that the company Shandong Haogang Environmental ProtectionTechnology Co (press release dated 04/19/2023) has just received a permit from the Chinese environmental authorities to treat dirt aluminum.
With this authorization, the Chinese authorities have therefore validated the technology developed by the Chinese subsidiary Europlasma Environmental Technology (“EET”) and allowed the pilot to move to an industrial scale. This operating license also paves the way for the qualification of the industrial system for the entire territory at the end of a one-year probationary period.
This new stage, essential for the construction of the first aluminum dross processing plant with a capacity of 90,000 tonnes per year, should be followed, after finalization of the planned accounting audit of the company Shandong Haogang Environmental ProtectionTechnology Co during January 2024, by the signing of a joint venture agreement between the two companies in order to jointly operate the installation.
