Europlasma, specialist in the treatment of hazardous waste, material recovery and decarbonization, announces the conclusion of an agreement with the company Bizzell Europe, a subsidiary of the Bizzell Corporation group operating mainly for the benefit of the American government, with a view to its entry into the capital of Valdunes Industries up to 25% for an amount of 5 million euros.
Valdunes Industries is the company formed by Europlasma to take over the activities of MG-Valdunes. The transfer plan validated by the Lille-Métropole commercial court on March 20 (see press release dated 03/20/2024) will be the subject of a request for modification to integrate this agreement modifying the distribution of capital of Valdunes Industries .
This agreement aims to increase the profitability of Valdunes Industries in particular and the Europlasma group in general. Its implementation will be the subject of consultations with all stakeholders, private and public, French and international.
Europlasma welcomes this agreement which confirms the relevance of the takeover of Valdunes with a view to creating value and synergies within the broader scope of the Europlasma Group.
