Europlasma announces that it has signed a production agreement with the American group Bizzell Corporation for 500,000 hollow bodies. Bizzell Corporation operates primarily on behalf of the United States government. The supply of these 500,000 hollow bodies corresponds to a list price of nearly 140 million euros.
The parties have agreed on the development and marketing of 500,000 hollow bodies with a diameter of 155 mm or equivalent intended for the subsidiary Bizzell Europe, specialized in armaments and recently acquired a stake in Valdunes Industries.
In return for this strong commitment to supporting the group’s industrial and commercial activity, the agreement provides for the possibility for Bizzell Europe to increase its stake in Valdunes Industries without attached voting rights. If applicable, Europlasma will inform the market of the terms of this additional participation.
