(Boursier.com) — Europlasma indicates that an estimate from its subsidiary Les Forges de Tarbes, the only site in France specializing in the manufacture of hollow bodies for 155 millimeter shells, shows a value of the securities central to 56 ME.
This expert report, drawn up by a national firm, was produced using different valuation methods and based on a multi-criteria approach based in particular on the Company’s business plan for the next 6 years.
Two independent firms were mandated to establish an estimate of Forges de Tarbes with a view to assessing the value of the contribution of 49% of the company’s shares and the associated consideration, as part of the planned transaction aimed at acquiring control ofAdomos by Europlasma in order to create a new player focused on the defense sector on the stock market.
Europlasma will keep the market informed of the conclusions of the second expertise.
Subject to the lifting of prior suspensive conditions, these estimates will be subject to examination by the contributions auditor who will be appointed as part of the operation.
