Eutelsat: an Internet project for everyone in Mexico


(CercleFinance.com) – Eutelsat Communications announces its significant participation in the ‘Internet para Todos’ (Internet for all) project alongside three major Mexican access providers (ISPs), including Apco Networks and Globalsat.

In this context, the satellite operator is making capacity available to them on board the Eutelsat 65 West A satellite, with a view to deploying the Internet in Mexican schools located in rural areas through the installation of Internet access.

The ‘Internet para Todos’ program, developed by CFE Telecommunications with the support of the Government of Mexico, aims to accelerate the provision of Internet services to the entire Mexican population.
