(CercleFinance.com) – The public limited company CMA CGM declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on December 13, 2022, indirectly through the intermediary of the company CMA CGM Participations, the thresholds of 10% of the capital and vote of Eutelsat Communications and indirectly hold 10.43% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from the exercise by the company CMA CGM Participations of the option for the payment in new shares of the company Eutelsat Communications of the dividend distributed by the company Eutelsat Communications for the financial year ended June 30, 2022.
