(AOF) – Following the obtaining of all the authorizations from the competent regulatory authorities, the board of directors of Eutelsat Communications has convened a combined general meeting of Eutelsat shareholders, called to vote on the project merger between Eutelsat Communications and OneWeb by way of contribution in kind of OneWeb shares to Eutelsat. This mixed general meeting has been convened for September 28, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. in the amphitheater of the Accor Tower, 82 rue Henri Farman, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux.
As part of the proposed business combination, Eutelsat Communications intends to file with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (“AMF”) and publish an information document relating to the listing of the Eutelsat shares issued in consideration contributions of OneWeb shares to Eutelsat in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/528.
