(AOF) – Eutelsat Communications has signed an agreement relating to the sale of its retail activities for broadband services in Europe for the benefit of “a private operator recognized for its expertise”. The activities targeted by this sale include those of the subsidiary Bigblu Operations Ltd as well as the other retail activities carried out in the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, in Hungary and Greece.
The satellite operator confirmed “its desire to favor the successful deployment of its wholesale model across Europe, both for existing capacities and those to come”.
