(CercleFinance.com) – The Caisse des dépôts et consignations declared to the AMF that it indirectly crossed upwards, on December 16, 2022, the thresholds of 25% of the capital and voting rights of Eutelsat Communications and indirectly holds through the companies Bpifrance Participations and CNP Assurances, 25.95% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from the exercise by Bpifrance Participations SA of the option for the payment of the dividend in new shares of the company Eutelsat Communications.
