The big day is approaching! In exactly two months we will know the name of Miss France 2024, who will succeed Indira Ampiot. The competition must be held at Zenith of Dijon THE December 16 and will be hosted by Jean-Pierre Foucault, as has been the case for almost 30 years. Will a tribute be paid to Geneviève de Fontenay on this occasion? The former president of the Miss France Committee left last summer, and many Misses who worked alongside her showed their sympathy at the same time as their sadness upon hearing the bad news.
What is certain is that the crown will once again be hotly contested this year. We already know the name and face of several contenders, including Miss New Caledonia who has been widely talked about because of her fraternal ties with a world champion, and Miss Champagne-Ardenne, who is the daughter of a famous football player. On her Instagram account, at the end of the ceremony Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais 2023 expressed her great emotion. Eve Gilles spoke of a “dream come true” and multiplied her thanks to all the people who support her, before affirming that she was going to “beat” And “to work” to achieve “big things”. The young woman of 20 years, passionate about dancing and horse riding, is from Quaëdypre (Flanders). She also follows a master’s course in Mathematics and computer science applied to the human and social sciences and could create a surprise, if not attract the attention of viewers on December 16.
Indeed, Eve Gilles is gifted witha hair feature : she has the short hair. Extremely rare, not to mention unprecedented! During her rise on the territorial scale before being presented in the regional competition, Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais 2023 had expressed her desire “to bring something new” by displaying this unusual hairstyle in the competition. “Jdecided to cut my hair on a whim. It brought something out of me, it changed me and made me seem more like a strong woman. This is what I want to show.”she informed TV Magazine. But is it enough to win the crown?
