Some people are destined to do the same job all their lives and can’t imagine excelling in anything else. Evelyne Dress took another path; that of diversity, discovery and emotion. Known for her acting skills, she has performed in film, theater and television. She could have been surprised by the proposal of Louis Bériot, president of Antenne 2, offering her the opportunity to host a television and radio program, but nay. Evelyne Dress secretly dreamed of debating with guests, singing, laughing and dancing, but had never believed she could do this job without prior experience.
Aware of the chance that was offered to her, Evelyne Dress has always favored the present moment, even if some hostesses took a dim view of the fact that an actress came to sit on their coveted seats. Today, Evelyne Dress is on her tenth novel, Five days in the life of a womana book released in March 2022 based on a true story.
