Evergreen transition: new Board of Directors

(Boursier.com) — The Combined General Meeting of Evergreen Transitionan evergreen fund listed in France on Euronext Paris dedicated to the ecological transition and the reduction of the carbon footprint, took place this Wednesday, June 12, under the chairmanship of Lionel Le Maux, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and in the presence of the Statutory Auditors.

The 27 resolutions submitted to the vote of shareholders were all adopted.

The shareholders of Transition Evergreen notably approved the corporate accounts and the IFRS financial statements for the financial year ending December 31, 2023. They also approved the appointment of Ms. Catherine Orphelin as independent director.

The composition of the Board of Directors is now as follows:
