Better late than never : Evernote finally allows users to create recurring tasks within its application and website.

While most of you have probably heard of Evernote, remember that it is a very practical tool that allows you, among other things, to create and organize notes and tasks in all simplicity. A tool primarily designed to maximize the productivity of professionals, whether at home or in the office.

But while last year was the occasion to introduce the “Tasks” functionality in Evernote – this one allowing you in particular to manage your activities and define those which you consider to be priorities –, here is the application now offers the possibility of creating recurring tasks. In fact, when you choose the date of an event, you can then mark it as “recurring”, by choosing to repeat it every day, every week, every fortnight, every month or even every year.

Finally, remember that it is possible to define a recurring task directly from a note in order to simplify its use. Besides, you can also enable reminders for different types of tasks. Anyway, this functionality is already available for the Evernote application on smartphones and tablets (iOS and Android) as well as for the web version. From now on, you will no longer have any excuse to forget your weekly meetings and other recurring activities in your daily life.
