Some have problems falling asleep, others always wake up at the same time at night. In the video you can see what time could be an alarm signal of your body.

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has been paying attention to the various human cycles for millennia. According to this knowledge, our life energy (Qi) flows through our body on twelve orbits, the so-called meridians. The main meridians are each assigned to one organ. Every two hours, a meridian and thus a specific organ is perfused very well and thus supplied with a maximum of life energy. Twelve hours later, the provisioned institution accordingly has its low point. Those who know the tracks and live in harmony with the natural flow can optimally support the organs – and thus contribute to their own well-being. In the video above you can see exactly what time could be a potential warning signal for an organ.

Chinese Organ Clock: Every night awake at the same time? This warning signal of your body is behind it

9 pm to 11 pm: the triple heater

The so-called “triple heater” is not assigned directly to any organ. The term is understood to mean an energy cycle that ensures that the life energy can flow unhindered. During this period, blood pressure and heart rate decrease, and the digestive organs go into the recovery phase. A good time to let your thoughts and feelings flow – for meditation, for example.

11pm to 1am: Time to Sleep

During this time, the body begins to relax, the vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate and temperature are lowered and the metabolism slows down. In addition, the cortisol distribution is shut down. Food and alcohol put a lot of strain on the body during this period. In order to strengthen the main organ – the gallbladder – well, green vegetables and little fat should be used during the day.

1 o’clock to 3 o’clock: The body detoxifies

Between one and three o’clock at night, our performance is at its lowest. Most organs are in sleep mode, only the liver works at high pressure. Those who have eaten too heavy or drank too much alcohol often wake up at this time. Alcohol and nicotine are generally poison at this stage of the cycle. Nettle tea and regular exercise strengthen the liver qi and give strength.

3 o’clock to 5 o’clock: Take a deep breath!

During this period, the lungs perform their cleaning process. We can assist the organ by sleeping with the window open or breathing through the room before bed. Anyone who still wakes up in this time window, probably has problems (asthma, allergies, sleep disorders) with the lung meridian. For those who can not fall asleep: Especially beneficial for our body is a morning walk, where we fill up with energy for the day.

5 o’clock to 7 o’clock: Just let go …

Between five and seven o’clock, the body releases the hormone cortisol, which slowly wakes us up. In these last dream phases we process the experiences of the previous day. The colon works at full speed and cleans. Specifically, now is the best time to go to the bathroom. We can support the detoxification work by drinking a glass of lukewarm water.

7 to 21 o’clock: Use the Organuhr correctly

Of course, the Chinese organ clock tells us not only why we wake up at night, but also how we can use it for our purposes. During the day it makes sense to live in harmony with his Qi. The stomach works between seven and nine o’clock, the spleen between nine and eleven o’clock, the mental activity reaches its peak in performance at this time. The heart makes the most between eleven and one o’clock, and between thirteen and three o’clock we should listen to the stomach, because now the small intestine is working.

Once the midday low is over, the urinary bladder detoxifies us. A good time for sports and enough clear water. The pace should be throttled 17-19 clock, because now is “kidney time”, in which the body comes to rest. Between 19 and 21 o’clock you should consciously enjoy, the body is shut down in the sleep mode.

And what does my waking time mean for me?

If you want to know what meaning the time you wake up to has concrete for your body, watch the video above. There is a detailed breakdown of which institution is reporting at what time, if there are any problems there.
