The Zurich Higher Court has overturned the first instance judgment against former Raiffeisen boss Pierin Vincenz due to “serious procedural errors”.
The prosecutor’s office must file a new indictment in the district court.
The higher court wrote this in a statement on Tuesday morning.
In 2022, former Raiffeisen boss Pierin Vincenz was found guilty. Now the Zurich Higher Court has overturned the verdict. The higher court confirmed this to SRF News.
