EXAIL TECHNOLOGIES (formerly GROUPE GORGE): Release of the 2022 Universal Registration Document including the annual financial report – 05/02/2023 at 6:30 p.m.


Exail Technologies (Euronext Paris: EXA) announces that it has filed its 2022 Universal Registration Document containing the annual financial report with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on April 28, 2023.

It is made available to the public under the conditions provided for by the regulations in force and can also be consulted or downloaded in French, and in English in the coming days, on the Finance space, section “Financial Information” of the website of Exail Technologies (www.exail-technologies.com). The Universal Registration Document is also available on the AMF website (www.amf-france.org).

The 2022 Universal Registration Document contains in particular:

  • the annual financial report, made up of the consolidated financial statements, the annual financial statements, the management report and the related Statutory Auditors’ reports;

  • the special report of the Statutory Auditors on regulated agreements and commitments;

  • the Board of Directors’ report on corporate governance;

  • information relating to the fees of the Statutory Auditors;

  • the management report including the Declaration of non-financial performance;

  • the information required under the description of the share buyback program;

  • the draft resolutions presented to the General Meeting of June 15, 2023 as well as the report of the Board of Directors on these resolutions.
