Exail has been working with Scandinavian clients for several years and has grown its activities in the region thanks to the quality of its navigation systems, which has enabled it to win several important contracts in the field of naval defense. These include the sale of inertial navigation systems for the U212 submarines and Norwegian coast guard vessels, the Finnish multi-role corvettes, and the Swedish A19 and A26 submarines.
Exail has also established strong partnerships with Scandinavian civil companies such as Teledyne Gavia, Nortek and RTS, who are constantly looking for better inertial navigation systems and acoustic positioning products to improve the efficiency of their maritime operations.
Overall, turnover growth has accelerated considerably in recent years in the region, from a few million euros to around 10 million euros per year. With this new location, Exail aims to reinforce this trend and capture a growing share of the vast naval and maritime operations market in Scandinavia.
