His arrival, four days after the others, in the red team of this season Koh Lanta had not been easy: with a strong character and unfailing motivation, young Léa (22 years old) fought, day after day, to stay. Despite the hardships… and the hunger: remaining in the camp for more than 20 days, the young woman rarely complained about the lack of food or the fatigue that her comrades felt.
It must be said that the young woman, very sporty and finally eliminated this Tuesday, April 16 after a strategy of the ex-yellows during the first post-reunification council, had a special adventure and that the pounds lost made her aware of many things , as she revealed to Purepeople.com.
Hunger is inevitably felt in such an adventure and all the candidates melt visibly! How many pounds have you lost? Did you take them back?
I lost seven kilos in 23 days, but I didn’t gain it back, but rather made a good comeback. I still have three kilos less than when I started. In fact, I used Koh-Lanta to realize that I preferred a less muscular but leaner physique. As my muscles melted, I didn’t rebuild them all and it’s better that way.
What was the hardest thing about camp?
On the camp, in reality, nothing was complicated except the integration but I think that it was above all a compensatory mechanism that happened for me, because my body responded well to me. I was not hungry or cold, I was never affected by what affected the other adventurers. On the other hand, morally, I cannot deny it, I was not laughing, as soon as I saw the other adventurers talking, I thought they were talking about me. I didn’t trust anyone and it was horrible to doubt everyone, to distrust everyone 24 hours a day for more than 20 days, it was very tiring.
What was your first action when you returned home?
My parents were waiting for me at the station, they jumped into my arms. Then we ate and I could finally sleep in my bed!
