During an interview, David Baiot spoke about the return of his character in the soap opera Plus belle la vie, encore plus belle, broadcast on TF1.
He’s back in More beautiful life, even more beautiful. Since his departure from the cult series in 2017, David Baiot made some vivid appearances on our screens. First in the last arch, then in the final prime, where he tries to convince Estelle not to marry Francesco.

During an interview, the 41-year-old actor returned to the revival of his role as Djawad in the episodes of More beautiful life, even more beautiful and on set. “It was weird after so many years. I left in 2017… It was also strange to find the teams again, with all these accumulated memories. I obviously thought a lot about Marwan (Berreni) and Michel (Cordes) »he confided.
And good news for fans, David Baiot does not plan to leave the series right away. His character still has some intrigue to resolve… “Yes, Djawad has a sister, Aya (Johanna Boyer). She has problems and she needs him. He will form new relationships… I can’t tell you everything (laughs). I am currently filming episodes that you will soon discover…”he declares, remaining as vague as possible.
David Baiot does not regret his departure in 2017
Djawad’s interpreter revealed that ” Never ” having regretted his departure from the soap opera a few years earlier. “I was able to do other things, like filming the film Glittery Shrimp. It’s a good memory even if we spent our days in swimming pools obeying the director”he remembers before talking about his next projects.
“ I’m in the next season of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon which was filmed in France. I starred in one episode. We were on a large plateau in front of the Louvre pyramid. It was incredible,” he concludes.
