Moisturizing treatment for all skin types

You need :
– 1 tablespoon of apricot or calendula vegetable oil
– 1 tablespoon lavender floral water
– 1 teaspoon of vegetable glycerin
– 1g of beeswax
– 6 drops of grapefruit extract

Place the wax and oil in a double boiler to melt them. When the mixture is homogeneous, remove from the heat and add the floral water, then the glycerin and beat until you get an emulsion. Then add the preservative grapefruit extract and transfer it to a glass jar to keep dry, away from temperature variations.

A nourishing face scrub

You need :
– 1 teaspoon of shea butter
– 1 teaspoon of olive oil
– 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
– 2 teaspoons of powdered brown sugar

Melt the shea butter in a double boiler until you get a liquid consistency. Without waiting for it to cool, pour it into a container and add the oils, then sprinkle the brown sugar. Mix and apply the paste on your well cleaned face in slight circular movements. Let pose 2 minutes then rinse with warm water.

A healthy glow mask

You need :
– 1 egg white
– 1 tablespoon of liquid organic honey
– ½ tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon whole milk yogurt

Beat the egg white to get a light emulsion, then add honey and lemon. Then add the yogurt and mix until the dough is homogeneous. Let it sit 15 minutes on your face then rinse off with lukewarm water.

A shampoo for dry hair

You need :
– 20 g Marseille soap
– 40 cl of water
– 1 tablespoon of organic honey
– 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
– 1 tablespoon of baking soda
– 10 drops of tea tree essential oil

Start with reheat coconut oil in a double boiler until you make it liquid. Grate the Marseille soap then pour the shavings and water in a saucepan before melting them over medium heat, stirring regularly. Let the preparation cool, which will harden, and then add the baking soda and the essential oil drops. If the mixture is too compact, you can add water.

Homemade dry shampoo

You need :
– 50 g of cornstarch
– 20 g of green clay
– 1 teaspoon of baking soda
– 10 drops of peppermint essential oil

Pour the cornstarch and the powdered clay into a bowl, then add the baking soda and the peppermint essential oil. Mix the ingredients well with a whisk and transfer to a glass container. You can take the shampoo with a powder brush and apply it on the areas to be refreshed before brushing it after a few seconds of exposure to rid the hair of residues.

A hair shine mask

You need :
– 4 tablespoons of sweet almond vegetable oil
– 1 egg yolk
– 1 tablespoon of organic honey
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

Mix the ingredients in a container until you get a smooth preparation. Apply it on dry hair and leave on about fifteen minutes. Rinse thoroughly and then do your usual shampoo.

A very gentle shower gel

You need :
– 100 g Marseille soap
– 500 ml of water
– 1 tablespoon of vegetable glycerin
– 15 drops of the essential oil of your choice

Grate the soap and place the shavings and water in a saucepan, heat over low heat and stir gently with a wooden spoon until you get a homogeneous texture. Remove the pan from the heat and add the glycerin and the essential oil, mix and transfer to a 750 ml bottle. Let cool in the open air without closing.

A tailor-made body cream

You need :
– 30 ml of vegetable oil of your choice (sesame, olive, sweet almond …)
– 20 ml of floral water (softening geranium, hydrating rose, invigorating lavender, etc.)
– 5 g beeswax
– 15 drops of grapefruit seed extract

Melt the oil and wax in a double boiler, stirring well, until the mixture is completely homogeneous. Heat the floral water in a second pan and when the two phases have reached the same temperature, remove them from the heat and gradually add the water to the oil, whisking continuously. Continue until the ingredients are tied and the mixture is warm. Then add the grapefruit seed extract and transfer to your bottle.

An invigorating body scrub

You need :
– 1 tablespoon olive or sweet almond oil
– 10 tablespoons of coarse salt
– 5 tablespoons of organic honey

Mix the honey and oil in the container until the preparation is homogeneous. Then add the coarse salt and mix again. Apply the paste obtained on wet skin, rub lightly in circular motions then rinse with lukewarm water.

A solid deodorant

You need :
– 2 tablespoons cornstarch
– 2 tablespoons of baking soda
– 2 tablespoons of coconut oil

Mix the ingredients in a bowl or directly in your glass jar if it is large enough. Then you will have to change your habits and apply it with your fingertips or a teaspoon.
