“Exhausted” by her fifteen personalities, Youtuber Olympe makes a shocking announcement


In a video posted on Instagram, Youtubeuse Olympe, 22, announced her decision to resort to assisted suicide.

Suffering from dissociative identity disorder (DID), Olympe made herself known to the general public in January 2022 by testifying on the program It starts todayon France 2. She then explained that she lived with about fifteen“quirks”other personalities born from terrible trauma and able to take control of his body.I have 12 known alters, of which we are fully aware, but according to our psychologist and our psychiatrist, we are approximately 40.“, she confided to Faustine Bollaert, explaining that one of them had tried to end his life. “I have a Quirk that carries a lot of traumatic memories because our life has been almost 20 years of continuous trauma, she confided. This suffering linked to DID, these traumas, Olympe confides that she no longer has the strength to bear them. “The main reason is that I am exhausted. (…), she surrenders. You can’t know because you haven’t lived my life. You may not necessarily understand my decision and I am not asking you to understand it. (…) I am very tired and I do not tell anyone, anyone, that this is the solution, and I do not wish anyone on this earth to have one day to think about it.

Nevertheless, Olympe does not close the door to another outcome.
