There was a traffic jam on the A10 Tauernautobahn in the direction of Villach on Wednesday shortly before Bischofshofen. The reason for this was a 36 ton overturned concrete mixer truck. The driver was taken to the Schwarzach Clinic with moderate injuries. The blockage at the Bischofshofen exit was lifted after almost three hours of clean-up work. It is still unclear why the truck overturned. The Bischofshofen fire brigade had to cut the truck free so that the 150-tonne crane had space for recovery.
