The wait is soon over. It is this week, Friday February 10, that Hogwarts Legacy: Hogwarts Legacy — promising adaptation of the Harry Potter universe (by Warner Bros., and the Avalanche studio). Numerama received the game – a little early – and we will be able to discover it together, live.

We will start the adventure from the very beginning, knowing that no one will have played it in advance within the editorial staff. The surprise will be total, including for us.

The editorial staff received the video game Hogwarts Legacy to test it before its release on Friday. JK Rowling did not originate it and was not involved in its design. It is nevertheless important to remember the active transphobia of the author, who funds anti-trans organizations. We reject these words and actions, which endanger the lives of trans people.
For this live, based on an event game, we have put together a shock team. Maxime Claudel, video game specialist at Numerama, will shed some technical light on graphics, narration and gameplay. The only problem: he doesn’t know much about the Harry Potter universe itself.
Fortunately, he will be accompanied by two experts from the editorial staff of Mademoizelle: Inès Pollon and Delphine Baudoin. They will be better able to judge the quality of the game as a pure adaptation of a particularly appreciated literary and cinematographic saga.
Note that we can already spoil you the choice of the House of our character. Since we don’t share any of them (Inès is Gryffindor, Delphine is Hufflepuff and Maxime is Slytherin), we will choose the fourth. It will therefore be with a Ravenclaw member that we will discover Hogwarts Legacy: Hogwarts Legacy from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
