(CercleFinance.com) – Exxon Mobil Corporation announced today that Dina Powell McCormick will join its board of directors effective January 1.
Dina Powell McCormick is currently Vice President and Global Head of Client Services at BDT & MSD Partners, an investment and advisory firm.
Previously, she spent 16 years at The Goldman Sachs Group Inc., most recently as a member of its executive committee.
“Dina is a distinguished leader with a rare level of experience in geopolitics, national security and economics,” said Darren Woods, Chairman and CEO of ExxonMobil. ‘She has served two US presidents in diplomatic and national security roles and, most recently, led Goldman Sachs’ sustainability efforts.’
