Eyeliner trends: this is how we're going to accentuate our eyes this fall

We are currently enjoying the summer to the full. But that doesn't stop us from thinking about traveling to the cooler months to check out upcoming make-up trends – because they look very promising! So much can be said: autumn will be colorful!

It's all about eyes: while last winter we focused on our lips, this year we are making our eyes sparkle with the help of extravagant eyeliner looks. Admittedly: the colorful styles are not for make-up beginners. But if you have the courage to use color, you will be rewarded with an exciting wow look.

Double eyeliner

Top model Bella Hadid is not at a loss for extravagant make-up looks. With this make-up experiment, she gives us the ultimate eyeliner trend for autumn. In addition to the classic wing at the outer corner of the eye, it draws another, smaller line a little below. Fun fact: Marilyn Monroe already emphasized her eyes in this way. The additional wing should simulate a shadow cast by your eyelashes, which in turn made them appear longer. We think the double wing is the perfect update to the classic eyeliner. Extravagant, but still suitable for everyday use.

Floating eyeliner

The 60s are back: Stars like Lily-Rose Depp regularly emphasize their eyes with a floating eyeliner. For the retro look, emphasize the crease of the eyelid with a thin line that you connect (depending on the desired finish) with a small wing at the outer corner of the eye. If you like it a little more natural, draw the line with eye shadow instead of a liquid eyeliner. For the wow effect in the evening, you can paint the movable lid with shimmering colors.

Lower lash eyeliner

Who said that we only use muted colors in autumn? For the ultimate pop of color, we're now emphasizing our lower waterline. We follow suit with bright colors in blue, green or purple. In addition, we smoke out our lower lash line with eyeshadow colors in brown or black. Tip: In order to make the look suitable for everyday use, we rely on naturalness for the rest of our make-up. The eyeliner as the main actor does not necessarily need additional colors on the lips or the movable eyelid.

Two-toned eyeliner

Same same but different: We also rely on color with the two-toned eyeliner, but emphasize the upper eye area, similar to the classic wing. For the look, we draw a thin eyeliner close to the upper lash line as usual. We draw this in a color of our choice. That's it! The same applies here: less is more, eyeshadow or bright lipstick are out of place.

framing

The best comes for last: Eyeliner queen Lily-Rose loves this super simple makeup look. For her sexy look, the actress draws a thin eyeliner close to the upper and lower lash line. For a wicked finish, Lily blurs the paint with a brush or her fingers. Important: Lily pulls the eyeliner into the inner corner of her eye. In addition, she paints her lower waterline. But be careful: if you have small eyes, you should avoid the last step.

And? What's your favorite? In any case, we can hardly make up our minds and will try ALL the looks.
