Players will have the choice of watching the various thrilling actions unfold through multiple on-board and trackside cameras, plotting their strategy from the 3D map, or immersing themselves in every overtake using the new camera in the pilots’ visor.

In each turn, the player’s decision-making will be tested. A new system guiding players on the balance between risk and reward on the track is emerging, which can lead to intense struggles or mistakes that will affect the driver’s confidence. Changes in outside or tire temperatures will force team managers to react to these changing conditions in order to get the best results. The new Sporting Director offers the ability to train the pit crew to mitigate costly mistakes, while drivers now train along a clear development path.
