There are things you don’t even wish for your greatest enemy. Getting hit by feces is one of those things. This is exactly what happened to a man in the town of Windsor, England. The incident happened back in July, but only now became known at a city council meeting, how BBC writes.
Councilor Karen Davis said, “I know there are a number of incidents involving frozen sewage from airplanes every year. But this was not frozen and his whole garden was filthy in a very unpleasant way. ” In addition to his umbrellas, the man himself was covered over and over with feces, Davis said.
Warm weather may be to blame
Another city council suspected that the extremely warm weather at the time could have caused the excrement to land on the ground as a “more liquid material”. “The chance is one in a billion that something like this will happen,” he said.
Geoff Paxton, a local council member who has worked at airports for 40 years, also described the incident as very rare. The modern vacuum toilets in the aircraft store the wastewater in special tanks and are very safe. The contents will only be disposed of after the aircraft has landed.
But he also said: “If there is less pressure below 1,829 meters, it may well be that something escapes from the vent at a lower altitude.” (gin)
