Bethesda is currently in the middle of the 25th anniversary celebrations of the license fallout. An event that is to be celebrated, even if for the moment, the publisher has been rather timid in its announcements, simply offering a week of free play on Fallout 76. And since we’re not ready to hear about Fallout 5which will probably not arrive before the 30th anniversary of the series, so we might as well look to the past and release a new version of Fallout 4.
Fallout 4 gets a facelift
Well, “new version”, we may have wanted a little too much. Let’s talk more about next-gen versions, intended for new generation platforms.
Bethesda makes us here the surprise announcement of PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series versions for Fallout 4with a free update. An update will also be available for the PC version of the game. With these versions, the title will display 4Ka performance mode, bonuses related to creations but above all bug fixes. Yes, it’s not common to see a patch fixing bugs eight years after the release of the initial game, but we won’t be surprised by anything anymore.
On the other hand, it will be necessary to wait to discover these versions, since they will not be released until 2023. No precise date has been announced for the moment.
