Family kitchen: recipes for pre-cooking: just warm up now!

Recipes for pre-cooking: just warm up now!

You can pre-cook these dishes in peace and warm them up the next day – super practical (not only) for working parents! Larger children can even warm up the food themselves.

Do you want to pre-cook food? With these tips it works

  • The food is whole let cool down, then put in the fridge or put in bags or freezer tins to freeze. Do not put hot food in the fridge or freezer!
  • Eat again after warming up season. A part of the wort is lost through cooling.
  • Some soups, stews and sauces thicken when they cool down. Then maybe something to serve Broth, milk or cream Pour in until the food has the right consistency.
  • Frozen dishes are best slowed down overnight Let thaw in the fridge. This is gentler and the cold is released to the refrigerator.
