Fanny testimonial, how to seize the little pleasures

Fanny, production manager and dynamic and cheerful mother, inspires us. She tells us how she manages to capture the slightest moment of pleasure, those little joys that punctuate her day, and we love it!

What is your first pleasure of the day?

My first pleasure, I feel it as soon as I wake up, when I wake up my 18 month old baby girl and she holds out her arms to me. There we approach the maximum pleasure!

And during the day, what are the little pleasures that you manage to capture?

It's crazy, when I thought about it, I never expected to have so many!

For example, having my first coffee at the table with my 18 month old daughter who drinks her bottle of milk at the same time.
Then when I go to my place of work or that I come back from there by bike, and that I feel that my body is working.
When I arrive at the office too: sharing a coffee with my colleagues is a real pleasure.

But above all, above all, when I finish something from my "to-do" list, I tick it off, and that … it really makes me happy!

Finally in the evening, when I go to pick up my daughter and I see her smile.
I love watching my partner give our child kisses and hugs when he thinks I can't see him.
But especially this moment when I close the door to my daughter's room, and I can spend the rest of the evening with my lover.
It is also a source of simple pleasure!

In fact, is your life all about fun?

But yes, obviously life is all about fun! Besides, thank you, at the moment, I needed to be reminded a little and I realize that moments like that, I live full every day!

Do you have a message to get across to invite everyone to savor these little pleasures in life?

Well let's say that happiness can also be a question of point of view. There are bound to be cool things in our lives. Let's think about focusing on them and giving them the importance they deserve. So when I see others enjoying it makes me happy! And behind a person holding the door, a tidy apartment when we come home, a quiet break at the end of the day, I always see a spark of pleasure.

Give us an example of a "spark of pleasure" in your day?

Precisely when I allow myself a little moment for myself, to savor a very fresh, sweet Milk Pearl, which I taste, and which makes me feel good. It's very simple, but after that, I leave reboosted like never before! The fun really is in small things after all!
