“Fantastic Beasts: Dumbledore’s Secrets” only started in cinemas in April 2022, but it is already possible to stream the latest film of the “Harry Potter” prequel.

“Fantastic Beasts: Secrets of Dumbledore” is either the middle film in a 5-part “Beasts” saga or the conclusion of a “Beasts” trilogy. At this point, no one knows what the future holds for the Harry Potter spin-off, but disappointing box office results and behind-the-scenes trouble could see Warner Bros.’s once-ambitious plans scrapped.
If you missed Dumbledore and Newt Scamander’s fight against Grindelwald in the cinema, you can already watch “Fantastic Beasts 3” in the stream. Warner Bros. reiterates The Batman’s publishing strategy and has already released Fantastic Beasts 3 on HBO Max in the US, 45 days after US theatrical release.
“Fantastic Animal Beings 3” is not yet included in a subscription to a German streaming service, but it is possible to use HBO Max in Germany as well. In Germany you can also watch the film without a VPN connection by buying “Fantastic Beasts 3” digitally from May 31 for 21.99 euros.
This rather high price could be a deterrent, but it should come down no later than July 14th when Fantastic Beasts: Secrets of Dumbledore is released on DVD, Blu-Ray and 4K Blu-Ray. Currently, however, you can get away with it cheaper with a monthly subscription to HBO Max.
