Although still not available in Europe, the Harry Potter Magic Awekened mobile game continues to experience huge success in China, so much so that many collaborations are carried out regularly and grandiose communication plans are present there. After all, HPMA is well and truly an official game from Portkey Games and Warner Bros and it is quite normal to see some partnerships. The most recent is of course Fantastic Beasts since the third opus has just been released in cinemas, this April 13, 2022.

Called Harry Potter Magic Emerges in French, the mobile game currently benefits from a superb partnership with the world of fantastic animals in China and in the countries where it is available. Note that it is possible, in France, to pre-register to obtain special in-game gifts related to Fantastic Beasts such as a full map pack.
As a reminder, the gameplay is a mixture of MMO (you can explore Hogwarts freely, chat with other players around the world, do PvP with wizard duels etc…), RPG (scripted story, PvE, quests ) and deck-building (create your own deck of cards with special powers to face monsters and players).
When can we play in France?
Currently, Harry Potter Magic Awakened is still in the pre-registration phase. You can go to the official site to take advantage of many bonuses preregister if you wish it. HPMA has never had a specific release date for Europe but it should be soon, especially if Warner Bros wants to ride the popularity of Fantastic Beasts movies and offer bonuses related to the film.
In this month of April, the game has collected a little less than 1 million registrations but this should accelerate with the potential communications which arrive around the game.
