The youngest may not remember it since some were not born yet, but when the PlayStation 2 launched, Fantasy has been widely noticed. Since it was one of the only games available during the early days of Sony’s console, the title was tried by many people and although the experience was very far from perfect, we still remembers it with a touch of nostalgia. Sony thought it was time to bring out this old license from the closet to accompany the release of the PlayStation VR2 headset.
The party starts again on PS VR2
We didn’t really expect to see each other again Fantasy one day, but the Japanese studio Cosmo Machia just announced Fantavision 202Xa new version of the fireworks game which returns here on the Unreal Engine in 4K to better dazzle us.
The title will be playable on PlayStation 5, but mainly intends to be enjoyed in virtual reality with the PlayStation VR2 headset. With the latter, you will have to catch the fireworks even before launching them to enjoy this colorful spectacle in total immersion. A replay mode will also be added to change the angle of the camera and to relive the most beautiful moments.
This Fantavision 202X will be launched at the same time as PS VR2, on February 22.
