August 24, 2021
The music world is in mourning: Charlie Watts died at the age of 80. This is confirmed by his spokesman on Twitter. The drummer of the legendary band “The Rolling Stones” was the longest serving member of the group around Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Ronnie Wood. In 2022, the rock ‘n’ roll veteran should celebrate their 60th band anniversary. The musician died with his family in a London hospital. He leaves behind his wife and a daughter.
