Guido Maria Kretschmer is a star designer and has his own jewelry collection with Christ. So nothing works for him without necklaces, earrings and the like. In order for fashion and accessories to make their grand entrance, however, there is one important rule that must be observed.
Who doesn’t know that: You’re standing in front of your wardrobe and you just don’t know what to wear !? Every day we give a lot of thought to our outfit. But do we invest the same amount of time in the selection of our accessories? Above all, the right jewelry is the icing on the cake of our look.
Guido Maria Kretschmer, who designed his own collection together with Christ, knows that a perfect outfit cannot do without necklaces, bracelets or earrings. The star designer loves to set beautiful accents with pieces of jewelry – and always relies on one important rule. In an interview with BRIGITTE.de he reveals:
When a lot is needed, a lot is also possible. Above all, it is important to combine them well. In this respect, different pieces are required for the numerous occasions in life, whether in the office or at an evening event. The right piece of jewelry for the right piece of clothing is essential. And having a small selection is a pleasure.
Incidentally, we don’t always have to dig deep into our pockets. Whether real jewelry or costume jewelry – it depends on the mix:
Gold and other precious metals naturally have great power and value that are made for the long term. In terms of sustainability and symbolism, it is of course nice to be given a real gold ring. But fashion jewelry is exactly what it says: A jewelry that can support fashion at the moment.
In the end, it is the mixture of costume jewelry in combination with a great ring, a noble chain or high-quality earrings.
