Nothing in fashion screams spring and summer like the color white. As soon as the first warm sunbeams spread outside, our favorite white items of clothing move up one floor in the closet at home and thus come back into focus. Always at the forefront: the white dress. Slipped in once in the morning and we're ready for the day.
We can't get enough of the fashionable all-rounder in 2021 either and will be focusing on three models in particular in spring. Curious?
1. The white midi dress
Midi dresses have been among the favorites of fashionistas for a number of years. The dresses, which reach around the middle of the calves, are elegant, perfect for every occasion and especially ideal in spring, as they defy cooler days. So it's no wonder that the fashion professionals are again focusing on midi dresses this season and pimp them for spring in a bright white. If you like it a little more casual, you can opt for a cool model with a button placket and tie belt and style a pair of strappy sandals with kitten heels. On the other hand, it becomes more romantic with a model with flounces or puff sleeves. Add a couple of espadrilles – et voilà!
2. The white lace dress
Last year it announced itself, and it will finally arrive in 2021: the Lochspitze. The models on the catwalks of Chanel or Givenchy have already shown it and we can't wait to do it. Whether very coarse or a little finer – white dresses come out really big in lace. The advantage: lace clothes look ultra feminine and playful. In order to intensify this effect, we are also resorting to figure-hugging cuts or models with an accentuated waist this spring. We combine nude-colored accessories for a light look.
3. The white shirt dress
Sometimes we stand in front of the wardrobe and just don't know what to wear. Fortunately, there is the white shirt dress aka the all-rounder, the all-rounder among spring dresses. What makes it so special: It is a true fashion chameleon. If you like it feminine and playful, you can choose a short model with flounces, puff sleeves or cute belts and choose a couple of loafers. If you are into the ultimate sports look, grab a pair of dad sneakers and throw yourself into the extended version of a shirt – that creates a cool out of my boyfriends closet attitude.
