(CercleFinance.com) – Bank of America Corporation declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on April 4, through the companies it controls, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Faurecia and hold 5.29% of the capital and 5.23% of the voting rights.
The American bank explains that this crossing of thresholds results from an acquisition on the market of shares of the automotive supplier, as well as an increase in the number of shares held by assimilation.
