(Boursier.com) — In a letter received on June 20 from the AMF, the company BlackRock, Inc. acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared that on June 17 it crossed upwards the thresholds 5% of the capital and voting rights of Faurecia. It holds, on behalf of these clients and funds, 8,338,746 shares in the automotive supplier representing the same number of voting rights, ie 5.5% of the capital and 5.43% of the company’s voting rights.

This crossing of thresholds results from an acquisition of Faurecia shares off and on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
