Hotel Peninsula continued its commitment to the fight against breast cancer, on the occasion of the annual global Pink October campaign, by organizing a gala evening for the benefit of the association Europa Donna France. Many celebrities have come to toast, hoping to campaign, inform and support all people with this disease. Mostly dressed in pink, of course.
Vincent Pimont, the general manager of the Peninsula Paris Hotelthus had the chance to chat for a few moments with Sylvie Tellier and her husband Laurent Schenten, with the actor Guillaume de Tonquédec, Djanis Bouzyani, Laurent Schenten, Flora Coquerel, Sarah Poniatowski, Zabou Breitman, Virginie Ledoyen, Camille Chamoux, Anne Marivin , Faustine Bollaert in a sublime purple strapless jumpsuit, Aure Atika, as well as with Camille Lacourt and her partner Alice Detollenaere.
It is not surprising to meet the young woman at such events since she herself was a victim of breast cancer. The former Miss Burgundy 2010 had a sick breast removed to overcome the disease in February 2020, then she had recourse to a preventive ablation, two years later, to be sure never to fear a relapse again. She had told her story in a book called healed by your lovepublished in October 2021 by Leduc S editions. In this month of pink October 2022, it is also joining forces with the young French brand 17h10, which has revisited a model of women’s tailoring and has every intention of donating 100 % of its profits to the League Against Cancer.
The Europa Donna France association was created in France in 1998. the organization has become a major player in the fight against breast cancer, recognized by public authorities, health decision-makers, politicians, health professionals and the media. It benefits from the institutional support of the Ministry of Solidarity and Health, the League against Cancer and INCa and supports more than 10,000 women and relatives each year.
