Not necessarily very popular, the franchise Fear Effect had made a not very successful return to the front of the stage with Fear Effect Sednaa third component developed with crowdfunding by Sushi. A fairly average title, but a remake of the first opus has also been on the way for a few years.
Well, Forever Entertainment finally gives news of this Fear Effect Reinvented, with a short teaser trailer. Nothing crazy to get your teeth into, the studio reminds us that this is an improved version of the first title in the franchise, with graphics and controls adapted to current standards. On the scenario side, we will find Hana, Death knell and Deke looking for a missing girl.
And… we have to settle for that, for the moment. Forever Entertainment does not specify the platforms or the release date of Fear Effect Reinventedbut displays that its remake will arrive “sooner than you think”. A launch by the end of the year? In the meantime, you can find Fear Effect Sedna at €1.99 on GOG.com.
