(CercleFinance.com) – FedEx Corp. announced last night that Donald F. Colleran, CEO. of FedEx Express, will retire on December 31, 2022, after nearly 40 years with FedEx.
Richard W. Smith, formerly Americas Regional President and Executive Vice President of Global Support, is expected to succeed him and assume his new role effective September 1, 2022.
Donald. F. Colleran will remain with FedEx Express as Executive Advisor to the CEO. until the end of December to help ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
