In Switzerland there are numerous women who drive innovative projects in the digital economy and shape them sustainably. Some of the best of them were honored at the “Fembiz-Swiss-Award” on Thursday evening. The “Communication” category went to Olga Miler (founder of Smartpurse). Susanne Laurentia Häcki (SBB) won the “Leadership Award”.
Myriam Lingg (CEO macu4) and Xiao Jean Chen (CEO Venturepole AG) won the “Diversity” category. Jolanda Spiess-Hegglin (Managing Director #Netzcourage) came out on top in the “Innovation” category. In the “Digital Transformation” category, the jury chose Federica Suardi (Scigility).
“Digitization doesn’t work without women”
According to the organizers, the aim of the award is to honor founders and designers from medium-sized companies or large corporations who are helping to shape the future of Switzerland with their digital ideas. The organizers write on their website that digitization and innovation cannot work without women who are moving towards the future with their visions.
The winners were chosen by a jury that included business journalist Patrizia Laeri, Linda de Winter from Swiss Post and Miriam Dachsel, Managing Director of Accenture. (vof)
