(CercleFinance.com) – Bpifrance declared that it indirectly crossed downwards, on March 4, 2022, the threshold of 15% of the capital of Fermentalg and indirectly holds, through the intermediary of the companies Bpifrance Participations and Bpifrance Investissement, the latter acting as management company of the Ecotechnologies fund, 6,043,966 Fermentalg shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 14.93% of the capital and 14.08% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing results from a capital increase of Fermentalg.
