(CercleFinance.com) – Fermentalg announces that its transfer of listing from the regulated market of Euronext Paris to the Euronext Growth Paris multilateral system will be effective on April 16, its request to this effect having been approved by the Euronext admissions committee on April 11.
This transfer, the project of which was authorized by the AGM of February 2, will allow the microalgae specialist to be listed on a market which offers simplified operation, more adapted to its size, its activity, its market capitalization as well as ‘to his needs.
Fermentalg, however, plans to maintain a financial communication policy comparable to that implemented to date, in particular by continuing to publish quarterly financial information.
