A new documentary series is to give an insight into the life and career of Fernando Alonso (38). The "Fernando" series is also intended to show the intimate moments of the Formula 1 world champion – such as his debut at the Dakar Rally in South America. The industry magazine "Variety" reports. The series should consist of a total of five parts.

Representation of Alonso in the film

The series is intended to show a personal and close-up side of the champion – even those that Alonso has never seen in public. A possible Formula 1 comeback should also be discussed. Alonso's sister, his partner, his manager and some colleagues will also have their say. This year the documentary series will initially be shown in Spain, France, Italy, Great Britain and South America. When "Alonso" is coming to Germany is not yet clear.
