Many official documents from Ferrari have been posted online.

However, the Italian manufacturer has not found any evidence of a breach of its systems or any ransomware…

Thousands of internal Ferrari documents posted online

A few days ago, we learned of the theft of a 385 MB database, belonging to the giant McDonald’s. Today, it is the turn of the Italian manufacturer Ferrari to indicate that internal documents have been put online, without however having proof of a breach of its systems.

Several sources, however, mention a cyberattack against Ferrari, carried out by the group of hackers RansomeXX, which had already attacked Gigabyte. An attack that would have made it possible to get hold of more than 7 GB (more than 11,000 files) of internal documents, some of which are confidential, including reservation contracts, technical files, repair manuals, product sheets, etc.

According to the platform Zataz, it is the marketing center of the Italian manufacturer which would have been attacked. For its part, the manufacturer promises to do everything possible to determine the origin of this posting of internal documents.
